Palm Whisper ("we", "us") is operated by TV group s. r. o., Pod Párovcami 165, 92101 Piešťany, Slovakia. This page explains what personal data we collect when you use palmwhisp.com, why, and what rights you have over it.

What we collect

• Your email address — optional. You can add it after your free preview so we can send you your reading and, if you haven't unlocked it, one reminder email; if you unlock your reading, Stripe also collects it for your receipt and we use it to send your full reading.
• The photo(s) you upload (the hand you write with and, optionally, your other hand) — processed to generate your reading and resized before being sent to our AI provider. We do not keep a permanent photo gallery or store photos in the readings database. Temporary upload files may be used while processing your request.
• The reading we generate for you (its text) — kept so we can show it to you again and email it to you.
• Payment information, if you unlock a full reading — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Basic technical data — IP addresses and request details appear in web server logs and are used to operate and protect the service. They are not stored in our journey analytics table.
• Journey analytics — an anonymous page-session identifier, a broad traffic source (such as Meta or direct), steps like selecting a photo or starting checkout, and error categories. We keep these events for up to 30 days to find and fix problems. They do not contain your photo, email, reading text, or full referring URL.

We run the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel on this site to measure ad performance — see "Who else sees it" below. We also measure the steps above on our own server. Your browser stores a local purchase-reporting marker to avoid reporting the same purchase repeatedly.

Who else sees it

• Anthropic (Claude AI) — processes your uploaded photos to generate the reading's text. Your photos are not used to train models.
• Stripe — processes payment when you unlock a full reading.
• Mailgun — delivers the emails we send you.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram Pixel) — receives browser and event information about visits, previews and purchases, so we can measure our ads. It never sees your photos or your reading.

These providers act as our data processors and may process data outside the European Economic Area under their own appropriate safeguards. We don't sell your data to anyone, ever.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address and your reading's text so the link we email you keeps working, and so we can send the one reminder about 24 hours later if you haven't unlocked your reading. If you'd like your data deleted, contact us (below) and we'll remove it.

Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us to:

• See what data we hold about you
• Correct or delete it
• Stop processing it, or export it to you

If you're in the EU, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority — in Slovakia, the Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR.

Unsubscribing

Every reminder email has an unsubscribe link. Clicking it stops future reminders — it doesn't delete your reading or your email from our records; for that, contact us directly.

Children

Palm Whisper isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
